I’ve used a mix of fast-changing and slow-changing shades – in this case Drops Delight and Drops Fabel – to give a varied look. In total I used 10 x 50g of Drops Fabel and 9 x 50g of Drops Delight. If using different sock yarns you will need 200g of colour A and 150g each of colours B – F. If you want to use more than 6 colours each 7 row block uses approximately 30g of yarn and there are 25 blocks in total. All material Copyright Mama In A Stitch unless otherwise noted.

There are color changes, but in much of the pattern you can carry the yarn up the sides so that you can avoid weaving in the ends. See where there are two rows worked at a time? Go ahead and carry the yarn up the sides at those sections.
