I’m totally fine with cameras if it keeps things clean. Great mountain biking on Colorado trail and Galena Gulch and Muggins Gulch from right behind the resort. Breck itself is a short drive up the road and was crowded as ever .
There is even a beautiful resort fox that you will be seeing often. Great hiking trails and biking trails also within walking distance from your site. Our lot was concrete, level and spacious.
Weird neighbor left anonymous note on our rig while we were eating up town and that made us very uncomfortable. For this kind of money we just expected more but it’s all good. You’ll find our resort on the left side of the roadway, clearly marked with our large stone and wood carved sign. All RVs must be at least 18ft in length and newer than 20 years old.
Nothing but horrible service every year.
The resort is surrounded by mountains and is full of beautiful foliage – the Fall colors were extra special. Amenities include tennis courts and a playground. We spent 3 winter seasons at Tiger Run for the skiing. We absolutely loved it and thought we would continue to go back every year until they raised the monthly rate to a ridiculously high price. Anyway, this year we only went for 2 weeks instead of the whole season because we love skiing at Breckenridge. I really wish their winter monthly rates were more reasonable like they used to be so we could spend winters there again.
We stayed in August so it was not hot and cool at night. Ft. clubhouse that offers many amenities including a pool, hot tubs and fitness center as well as laundry and showers. There are also tennis courts, volleyball, basketball and a playground. This is 1 of the nicest private parks we’ve stayed at.
This is an incredible resort style community. Incredibly clean, quiet, and well run. It felt like we were in a neighborhood where everyone knew each other. Sites are well spaced, utilities are in good location, and the landscaping is beautiful. Easy 10 minute drive into Breckenridge or Frisco.
It’s about protecting what sustains us. It’s about building relationships with the outdoors and each other. The surrounding area has a ton of things to do. Downtown Breckenridge is fun but don’t miss Frisco as it’s also got a lot to do and is a little less crowded.
We had a deluxe site, it was incredible. The facility is top notch, the sites are perfect, and it’s just a short drive to Breck and Frisco. The clubhouse fox news carly simpkins is awesome and the staff is very friendly. We stayed the last week of September and it was chilly but not cold enough to freeze water lines.
