The OUTFIELD must be enclosed by a fence or wall. Fences shall be no less than 3 ft., nor greater than 4 ft. in height. The distance from home plate to the base of the nearest foul pole shall be no less than 80 ft., nor greater than 105 ft. The distance from home plate to the base of the center field fence shall be no less than 95 ft., nor greater than 125 ft.
